This updates my previous test to demonstrate the race condition. I add a tracker interface to track channels that have been accepted based on the
Acceptevent. The revalidator also has access to this tracker to find channels it is currently tracking. When running this test, one can see thatOnPullDataSentis triggered before the tracker was able to add the channel.cc @dirkmc
