After successful scene creation, reset is called, but the objects have all already been placed in their initial positions.
Don't expose the boolean in reset to python, should only be consumed from Simulator::reconfigure

Motivation and Context
This PR makes sure that rigid and articulated objects in a newly-created scene are not redundantly re-positioned during the post-reconfigure reset() call, since they have already been placed at the appropriate location.
