…leaveTMem.cpp (#7924) `TritonNvidiaGPU/interleave_tmem.mlir` fails under address sanitizer. The `ConstantIntOp` operations were created without attachment to any block in https://github.com/triton-lang/triton/pull/7622, which caused a memory leak. Small TMA store only needs the first warp to issue the TMA store instruction instead of having all warps issue one. For WS, the first warp should be the first one of the current warp group instead of hardcoded 0.
