Can't access element.ref when enableRefAsProp is true without wrapping in toWarnDev

@josephsavona since enableRefAsProp is on, the props will include the ref, so I updated the test.

Instead of inlining this, you can add this above the test:

nope, even fixing this to remove the "flags." from each flag, it causes failures in all the other flag combinations, which expect the test to fail
