Mocha went to 18.18.0 https://github.com/mochajs/mocha/pull/5216/files?diff=unified#diff-7ae45ad102eab3b6d7e7896acd08c427a9b25b346470d7bc6507b6481575d519R43 whereas we support 18.0.0, which is annoying for us if we want to test on 18.0.0 specifically, but otherwise Im in favor.

Edit: Confirmed that we can still run mocha even on 18.0.0

We should update our CI to verify that it continues to work on both 18.0.0 and 20.0.0, as well as the latest releases of those versions.
