Summary
This PR applies translation updates for the decentralized-identity/index.md page across 24 locales, corresponding to content changes from PR #17014.
After the initial Gemini workflow run retranslated entire files (introducing significant noise), the branch was cleaned up to contain only the changes that match PR #17014:
