2. dex-design-best-practice/index.md:212 -- Hindi ठोस replaced with Bengali ভালো ("solid/good")

• Code block translations are limited to comments (#) and ASCII-art labels in pseudocode/schematic blocks -- this is appropriate for educational content
• The \*\* escapes in evm/opcodes/index.md match the English source (representing 2**256 in table cells)
• All 24 files have correct frontmatter with Bengali titles/descriptions and matching header IDs
