Since https://github.com/nomiclabs/hardhat/releases/tag/hardhat-etherscan-v2.1.5 we can use hardhat verification for ovm compiled contracts to verify their source on etherscan. Here we add the required package and kovan and mainnet config to enable us to verify deployed contracts via the command line.
