docs: the caller's instructions are an inline example in the README - #9

The repo carried CLAUDE.md, which only imported AGENTS.md (Claude Code reads AGENTS.md on its own when no CLAUDE.md is present), and CLAUDE.local.template.md, a template with a routing table. Routing depends on each user's subscriptions and taste, so it is not ours to ship. Both files are gone. The README now shows a whole instruction file inline as an example and says to give it the same scope as the server. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Version bump for 0.2.0. Minor rather than patch because OpenCode support moved to OpenCode 2 (#6). Ships since 0.1.1: - #5 the newest installed copy of a harness is launched - #6 support OpenCode 2 - #7 OpenCode model is set once, without a retry - #8 Grok's requested model is no longer overridden by launch campaigns - #9 README: the caller's instructions are an inline example Done by Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The repo shipped two instruction files that no longer earn their place.
CLAUDE.mdonly importedAGENTS.md, which Claude Code now reads by itself when noCLAUDE.mdis present.CLAUDE.local.template.mdwas a template with a routing table, but routing depends on each user's subscriptions and taste, so it is not ours to ship. Both files are removed, and the template is dropped from
filesinpackage.json. The "caller's whole manual" section of the README now shows a whole instruction file inline as an example. It says to give the file the same scope as the server: user-level instructions (~/.claude/CLAUDE.md,~/.codex/AGENTS.md) when the server is installed for every project, or the project's own file when it is installed for one. The intro paragraph no longer describes a routing table. For reviewers:
claude mcp addin the install section uses the default project scope, whilecodex mcp addis global. That is unchanged here.Done by Claude Opus 5.5 in Claude Code.
