`Client` -> `HTTPClient` `Envoy` -> `EnvoyClient` `EnvoyBuilder` -> `EnvoyClientBuilder` Consistent with [this Android change](#424), and helps us to avoid naming collisions with the `Envoy` type and `Envoy` module namespace. Signed-off-by: Michael Rebello <me@michaelrebello.com>
