Tried with your modified image but unfortunately still same behaviour, i.e. no B3-headers propagated to the external auth service nor is the whole trace visible in Jeager UI. Do you have a screenshot you can share or logs where you can see the B3-headers in the auth.service?

@enbohm If you have time please try with this image, seems like the http implementation of
