If I'm in a room with a 'fully integrated' jitsi conference widget, and I revoke it's access permissions (click the 'X' on a widget created by somebody else), and then leave the room, I get the 'no permissions' widget view docked in the room list.

To reproduce:

• create a room with three people
• A clicks the start call button
• B does not give the widget access
• B moves to a different room
• B sees the no perms widget dock in their roomlist

Also /parting the room left the widget still docked in the roomlist (this is probably worth a second issue)
