Steps to reproduce
You are able to change the poll back to open by editing the poll again. You can prevent this by opening the edit dialog and changing Open to Closed and then back to Open.
Outcome
What did you expect?
The poll type should not change, or should at least reflect the state of the edit dialog.
What happened instead?
The poll type was changed to be closed.
