Had to rename these files. Cause -#in file name led to the error in the screenshot 😂

Update resource plugin for compatibility with Kotlin 2.0. I re-added js as target. WASM is not supported right now by Resources plugin. But there is an open issue and PR for it. So we can add WASM later and stay to this plugin
