Fixes #58077 by including the value of the
target/.bootstrap-cachefile in the optimizer cache key. The bootstrap cache key is used to determine ifkbn bootstrapneeds to rebuild the package because it or any of it's dependencies has updated. It uses information like the fully resolved node module versions, the modified times of files on the file system, the most recent git commit for a project, etc. to determine the cache key. This information is exactly what we need to invalidate the optimizer version. Additionally, the.bootstrap-cacheis updated whenever the bootstrap function builds the plugin, so another more subtle bug is being squashed where the cache key could be ahead of the build output because a user forgot to bootstrap before running the optimizer. With this change the bootstrap will update the.bootstrap-cacheand invalidate the bundles correctly.
