Summary

This PR migrates some of the discover plugin unit tests from Enzyme to RTL.
Migrated tests - Discover Plugin: src/platform/plugins/shared/discover/:

  • context_error_message.test.tsx
  • doc.test.tsx
  • loading_spinner.test.tsx
  • error_callout.test.tsx
  • loading_indicator.test.tsx

Part of the solution for #222939

Checklist
