Same as above: I followed this approach but is doesn't render the menu entry point for the Query Rules plugin and the tests fail. Perhaps @efegurkan has more context on why it is set up like this

As far as I know, the after block is executed regardless of the test result—whether it passes or fails. In my opinion, wrapping it in a try/catch block could obscure the outcome of that important API call and reduce our visibility into potential issues.

## Summary Make sure FTR tests cover a few happy paths. - Creating a query ruleset from an empty deployment - Adding a new ruleset in a non-empty deployment - Deleting a query ruleset from the ruleset details page - Deleting a query ruleset from the rulesets management page - Editing a query ruleset, changing the document ID for the first document, and changing the first metadata field value ### Checklist Check the PR satisfies following conditions. Reviewers should verify this PR satisfies this list as well. - [ ] Any text added follows [EUI's writing guidelines](https://elastic.github.io/eui/#/guidelines/writing), uses sentence case text and includes [i18n support](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/main/src/platform/packages/shared/kbn-i18n/README.md) - [ ] [Documentation](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/development-documentation.html) was added for features that require explanation or tutorials - [ ] [Unit or functional tests](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/development-tests.html) were updated or added to match the most common scenarios - [ ] If a plugin configuration key changed, check if it needs to be allowlisted in the cloud and added to the [docker list](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/main/src/dev/build/tasks/os_packages/docker_generator/resources/base/bin/kibana-docker) - [ ] This was checked for breaking HTTP API changes, and any breaking changes have been approved by the breaking-change committee.
