Summary

Update Preconfigured connector name to Elastic Managed LLM.

Checklist

I spotted one place where "Elastic LLM" is hardcoded instead of reading from the config:

defaultMessage: 'Use the Elastic LLM for your chat and RAG usecases.',

(It shows up in the connector flyout near the top)
