Reverts #100244 and #94968
There are substantial changes needed for this to make it back to 7.x. In 7.x, when using the default distribution, a migration is required for all esArchives in what once was oss. Almost ALL of these migrations fail. Instead of fixing those migrations, we should be migrating any usage of esArchiver with the
.kibanaindex to using kbnArchiver. Reverting these PR's allows us to merge these changes into master and backport them piecemeal, instead of what is now looking like ~26k line change.
