@v1v The Debian's Jessie package repository was retired, one cannot install packages in this version anymore. Should we remove Jessie from targets?

We have the same issue in Beats elastic/beats#34921

I also tried to fix the package sources but had troubles with dependency resolution elastic/beats#34922

#283 is the one that tracked this issue, though it is unassigned and I'm on PTO at the moment. Need to plan whether we can solve it with using a different sources

If we can solve the problem and keep the Debian 8, I'd say that' the way to go, otherwise, we can do as you mentioned
