[Theme] Fix form background Sass/JSON token values #9067

Summary

Note

Changes affect the eui-theme-borealis package only.

This PR fixes the Sass/JSON token mappings in Borealis for form backgrounds $euiFormBackground and $euiFormBackgroundReadOnlyColor and aligns their values with the JS tokens.

After the initial Borealis setup these mappings were not updated according to later changes and ended up out-dated.

Why are we making this change?

🎨 Theme consistency: While EUI doesn't officially support Sass anymore, we still want to ensure that the available variables are in sync with the main JS tokens.

verify that $euiFormBackground and $euiFormBackgroundReadOnlyColor match the JS token values for light and dark mode.
