Fixes #1959, in which the generated
eui.d.tsfile would attempt to import types from modules that were not specified independencies."@types/enzyme"and"@types/react-virtualized"are nowdependencies."@elastic/charts"as been properly removed fromeui.d.ts, allowing it to remain as part ofdevDependencies.Checklist
