This commit adds a known issue to the docs for the AD and LDAP permissions issue that arises from incorrect security manager permissions being applied to the x-pack-core module.

Oh I see how I merged it, I cherry-picked #68872 into my local 7.x branch and pushing that brought this commit along with it. 🤦♀️ |

The only suggestion I have is whether it's worth adding something along the lines of:
We've all seen uses who decide to follow instructions that were written for a completely different scenario and just assume that they're universally applicable. |
