What does this PR do?

Fixes the jolokia docker image to use the non-deprecated openjdk version

Why is it important?

Fixes some of the recurrent failures for the last few days related to the goIntegTest that are using a non-existing docker image

@jlind23 @cmacknz @joshdover @kpollich , this PR should fix the issue with the docker integration testing for metricbeat since java: is not available.

I will be offline for the next few days, but whoever is on support/build rotation can freely merge this PR and the backports if it's approved.
