Fix scheduler and controllermanager k8s tests

What does this PR do?

Align testing with #26729 after default k8s version for integration test was updated at #30747.

Actually this is due to https://github.com/elastic/infra/pull/35111, because for goInteg tests kind is a requirement and is actually installed by default on the workers by https://github.com/elastic/infra/pull/35111.

I have one PR for 8.0 too: #30872. I think for 8.1 we should be fine.
