Add upload workflow, API image file size, and color metadata checks to report

• Extends report.buildReport in report.ts with three new checks: upload_workflow (warns if unspecified), api_image_file_size (warns if still-image exceeds 8 MiB for api_scheduler), and color_metadata (warns if colorspace is unknown).
• Adds a next_action for app_direct workflow advising users to enable Instagram high-quality uploads and avoid in-app edits.
• Documents api_scheduler and app_direct workflow modes in the README, including profile and size baselines.
• Behavioral Change: omitting --workflow now results in an upload_workflow warn status in the report instead of a silent pass.
