DB document names unclear

Description:
The Issuer component DB has been observed to contain a huge number of documents with the name "schema.json" and type "presentation". With the current implementation I would expect only documents of type 2 and 3, representing the "{credentialname}.json" files.

Observed Issue:
The presence of a large number of "schema.json" documents with type "presentation" indicates a potential issue or deviation from the expected implementation.

Please check once what creates this huge number of presentations.
After the analysis the fix can get discussed
