Description
Fix the consent OSP page
Why
The old consent OSP overlay has been converted to a page in a previous PR #547 - however there were issues as some parts of the code were still assuming an overlay implementation. The old overlay code has been removed.
Closed old PR #912 and used base release/v2.1.0-RC1
