### Summary Adds MSBuildTask0006-MSBuildTask0008 to the existing report-only analyzer configuration, unblocking dotnet/dotnet#8367. ### Testing Verified WarnAsError fails without the overrides and succeeds under both SDK editorconfig scopes.
