[HttpStress] Linux image is running out of disk space

HttpStress Linux builds started to fail on 2024-01-17, because there is not enough disk space. The pipeline is using 1es-ubuntu-1804-open.

Fixed by #111664.

This is now happening on release/9.0. Backporting #111664 will likely fix the problem.
