Context
When glob expansion runs in a target via ItemGroupIntrinsicTask, it implicitly invokes
EngineFileUtilities.GetFileListEscapedfor Excludes evaluation.Changes Made
Traverse Exclude only if EngineFileUtilities.GetFileListEscaped wasn't called in order to avoid double traversal.
Testing
Existing cases cover this change.
