fix: Alignment w/ Django 4.2+ admin style

Description

This PR fixes two issues.

• Compatibility with django 4.2's flex display style (causing Django-filer styling causes misalignment in the djangocms-image and djangocms-file plugins #1442)
• An unintended jump to the top of the admin page when removing a file (Removing an images jumps the screen to the top of the page #1452 )
