fix(release): repair broken v3.8.2 release-prep (providers.ts build + CHANGELOG/version/i18n) - #2533

…GELOG/i18n/version sync - providers.ts: close the unterminated `dify` APIKEY_PROVIDERS entry (Wave-1b #2488 merge artifact) that broke the entire build (esbuild 'Expected }'). - CHANGELOG.md: restore the `# Changelog` header and an empty `[Unreleased]` section (docs-sync requires the first section to be Unreleased); remove the duplicated `[3.8.1]` block. - Bump package.json / electron / open-sse / openapi.yaml to 3.8.2 to match the CHANGELOG release header. - Mirror the `[3.8.2]` section into all 41 i18n CHANGELOGs so docs-sync passes. Unblocks all commits on release/v3.8.2-based branches.

🚨 Urgent: repair v3.8.2 release-prep (build was broken)
release/v3.8.2was left in a broken, half-finished release-prep state that failed to build and blocked all commits (pre-commitcheck-docs-syncfailing). Discovered while merging the branch into another PR.Fixes
providers.tssyntax error (build-breaking) — the Wave-1b provider batch (feat(providers): add 14 free-tier providers — Chinese regional + dev tools (Wave 1b) #2488) merge left thedifyAPIKEY_PROVIDERSentry without its closing}beforepoolside, soproviders.tsfailed to parse (esbuild: Expected "}" but found ";"). This broke the entire build. Fixed by closing the entry.CHANGELOG structure — restored the
# Changelogheader and an empty## [Unreleased]section (docs-sync requires the first section to be[Unreleased]); removed a duplicated## [3.8.1]block.Version bump to 3.8.2 —
package.json,electron/package.json,open-sse/package.json, anddocs/reference/openapi.yamlwere still at3.8.1while the CHANGELOG top release was[3.8.2](version mismatch). Bumped all to3.8.2.i18n sync — mirrored the
[3.8.2]section into all 41docs/i18n/*/CHANGELOG.mdfiles (they were missing it).Verification
npx esbuild providers.ts→ OK (was failing).check-docs-sync→ PASS (was failing on all 4 rules).Merging this unblocks the v3.8.2 release and all in-flight PRs based on the release branch (including the round-3 fixes #2495 and @Tentoxa's #2474).
