The old skills/omniroute-*/SKILL.md capability docs were migrated into the omni-* set, but omni-auth's Capability skills table and cli-providers still linked to the deleted paths (404). Repoint chat/image/tts/stt/embeddings/web-* to omni-inference, a2a to omni-agents-a2a, routing to omni-combos-routing, compression to omni-compression, and monitoring to omni-resilience. Fixes diegosouzapw#15665

…1, rail 3.8.52) (#16078) Merged with the owner's 2026-10-09 linked-PR wave. Validated on top of release/v3.8.52 together with #15676: classify-pr-changes unit tests 46/46, ESLint + Prettier clean, both workflow YAMLs parse. The `domains` output has no consumer yet, so CI behavior does not change. check:docs-all is red on the pure tip too (provider count 371 vs docs 370, inherited, not from this PR).

…6109) Follow-up to #15676 (thanks @Poid-ZA) carrying the CLI-table remaps from #16016 (credited to @afonsoft via Co-authored-by). Every `skills/<dir>/SKILL.md` reference inside the skills now resolves, enforced by a new check in skillManifestsLint.test.ts (4/4; fails with the fix reverted). Cloud-agent rows stay on cli-backup-sync, because the skill generator assigns the `omniroute cloud` command group there (cliRegistryParser.ts:78). Protected surface (skills/**/SKILL.md) approved by the owner. check:docs-all's only red is the inherited provider-count drift, fixed by #15799.
