test(qwen): align legacy alias checks with GA capability contract

Summary

Reconcile the legacy Qwen alias regression test with the intentional GA/preview separation in #14242 / #14181 (83a6e9a, Xmon Dai). The obsolete test required the GA model to have no capability specification, contradicting the new provider-aware contract.

Verify public capability lookup for both IDs (1M context and 65536 output), retain preview-only rewriting, and extend the lifecycle checks to OpenCode Go as well as Qwen Cloud Token Plan. No production edits, snapshot bypass or timeout changes.

Evidence

• Exact base 373c31f: two suites, eight PASS and one stale-absence failure.
• Updated old suite plus the original fix(opencode-go): stop rewriting qwen3.8-max to preview #14181 regressions: nine PASS, zero failures/skips.
• Prettier, focused ESLint, diff check and branch hooks passed.

Draft quality-gate recovery slice. Preserves the original fix and contributor attribution. Combined CI and protected-branch rollout remain pending.
