test(catalog): align Codex image contracts with separate modality IDs

Summary

Align three legacy catalog tests with the separate Codex image IDs introduced intentionally by #14216 (4970f5f). Chat/Responses aliases retain their IDs; image catalog rows use the -image suffix while the upstream model stays unchanged.

Keep modality, image-size, token-limit override, override removal, inactive-credential and non-chat discovery assertions. Check HTTP status before reading a catalog response. No production code or timeout changes.

Evidence

• Exact base 373c31f reproduces the three stale catalog assertions. Expanded baseline attempts also encountered unrelated local 503 responses; those attempts remain recorded, not counted as product fixes.
• Final four-file serial suite: 15 PASS, zero failures/skips. The canonical chat fallback remains the static 872000 window; the short alias keeps the fixture's synchronized 272000 window. Image rows receive neither chat override.
• Prettier, focused ESLint, diff check and branch hooks passed.
• Local dependencies are reused; this is not clean-install or full-candidate acceptance.

Draft quality-gate recovery slice. Preserves the behavior and attribution of #14216; combined CI and protected-branch rollout remain pending.
