Something strange is happening with dependencies.

I added the ctrlc library as a dependency, and the build broke. This also happened when I tried to add tokio-signal.

I think that's because ic-agent is now in crates.io. We need to use the published one and remove the patch here: https://github.com/dfinity-lab/sdk/blob/master/Cargo.toml#L7
