GitHub's current runner images no longer ship Subversion, so this diagnostic-only command in the `test-php` job's "General debug information" step fails with `svn: command not found` (exit 127), taking the whole PHP version matrix down via GitHub Actions' default fail-fast behavior. `docker -v` and the rest of the step are left untouched; trunk's own current `unit-test.yml` no longer runs this command either.

Real CI was triggered and watched to a full conclusion on this PR. Every
test-phpmatrix leg either failed or was cancelled at "Install Composer dependencies" — a pre-existing, unrelatedwp-coding-standards/wpcsComposer security-advisory block (GHSA-3pwp-g2mj-5p3v) — before any leg ever reached the "General debug information" step this fix touches, so a passing run of this exact step could not be directly observed on this branch.This change is byte-for-byte identical (
git diff --stat: one line removed, nothing else touched) to the same fix already proven onwp/6.4's equivalent PR (desrosj/gutenberg#287), where multipletest-phplegs reached and passed "General debug information" after this identical change (previously failing there with the samesvn: command not found, exit 127).Use of AI Tools
