GitHub's current runner images no longer ship Subversion, so this diagnostic-only line in the "General debug information" step fails with `svn: command not found` (exit 127), taking the whole `test-php` matrix down with it via GitHub Actions' default fail-fast behavior. Trunk's current `unit-test.yml` no longer runs this command at all; this removes it here to match, keeping the rest of the step (including `git --version` and `locale -a`) untouched.
