Several Plex Users

You can use Kodi and PKC with several Plex users in a Plex Home.
- You can choose to only share certain libraries with a user (e.g. kids)
- You can have different watch states, resume points for different users. So mom already watched The Rock, while dad has not.
- Set-up Plex with several users using this Plex guide. For example, set-up a user "Plex-Kids" and another user "Plex-Parents". You will need a PlexPass to do that.
- Follow this Kodi guide to setup a new Kodi profile for each of your Plex users. For example, set-up a profile "Kodi-Kids" and another profile "Kodi-Parents".

- Log-on to each of your Kodi profiles, e.g. log-on as "Kodi-Kids". When PKC starts, choose the appropriate Plex user for each profile, e.g. "Plex-Kids".
- You can change the associated Plex user at a later point of time: in Kodi, navigate to
Video - Addons - PlexKodiConnect - Sign out user
- You can change the associated Plex user at a later point of time: in Kodi, navigate to
- Now if you want to switch the Plex user using PKC, do so by switching the Kodi profile. E.g. switch from the Kodi profile "Kodi-Kids" to "Kodi-Parents".
Using the Kodi profiles, you can use a PIN to make sure your kids stay out of your stuff
