Needs Attention

• Add Zep -> not working
• EdgeDB (frontend for postgres) -> Not working
• I added a service called peppermint and peppermint uses two ports 3000 for the web UI and 5003 for the API, is the service I added correct in this way or did I mess up the magic?
• Plunk (an old template) is not working
• Lite Queen -> is_directory: true I think this is not working anymore
• Add Dify -> works but is so big it needs a review, also we might be able to remove the proxy
• Trigger is really big and has some required envs, so I could not really test it (merged a fix but not sure if everything works).

• Why is it this PR -> because we had to revert the revert PR to revert the change and restore the services :))
• All templates with (tested and works) have been tested and fixed by myself and are now fully functional
• This PR does not only include PRs from contributors, I also added some templates myself.
