Need updated runc 1.0.0 package released 23rd June. |
* Remove mention of a few redundant packages already installed in the base image. * Remove outdated script support for Ubuntu 20.04 * Update the download-only packages to support buildah conformance testing (needs to install docker packages at runtime). * Fix unintended removal of /var/cache/apt/archives which is symlinked to `$PACKAGE_DOWNLOAD_DIR` in Ubuntu.
