Just a simple bump from what's already in the
rc-channel. Waiting for builds of conda-forge/llvmdev-feedstock#238The biggest open question to me is #96. Upstream LLVM changed the default version of OpenMP to 5.1, even though the status page shows this as far from complete. I've asked about this several times, with no response.

PS. The
rc-branch didn't get merged back to main for #81, so the commit history looks a bit longer; it seems some more smaller changes didn't make it back to main (switch to ninja, cos7, etc.; I've reverted the latter, 🤞 that it works).
