Update dependency versions across many example and experimental package.json files (including bumps to @cloudflare/kumo, tailwindcss, hono, viem, @x402/*, shiki, and other minor dev deps). Add .changeset/fine-tips-live.md to record the patch. These are repo-wide minor version updates for examples and related packages.
