Preserve per-engine counts for lite skip rows.

A no-savings lite wrapper now records stacked and writes no breakdown. getPerEngineAnalytics therefore stops counting that run under lite, which also inflates its average savings. Preserve the dispatched row label, but record or otherwise retain the actual engine attribution for skip rows. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
