The full contribution CI matrix exposed stale regression fixtures and documentation drift on release/v3.8.53. This repair makes the Codex usage timing test deterministic, waits for the initial credential probe to finish before operator-disable assertions, explicitly supplies optional native Responses fields in the fingerprint fixture, and selects the exact Codex model in the browser test. Assertions and coverage thresholds remain enforced.

This branch includes the maintainer's existing #18885 commits as an explicit merge dependency for the Recharts tooltip type and Antigravity fixture repairs; their authorship/history is retained and that PR was not modified. Please land #18885 first when reviewing this stack. Related base-red issue: #18791.

The supported translation pipeline refreshes the cooldown opt-out paragraph and retired-Mistral-model listing in the two remaining stale documentation sources. The existing Uzbek README correction is reflected in its translation state. Strict drift now passes across 152 sources and 10,032 targets without suppressing checks.

Validation:

  • Build typecheck ratchet passes: 245 pre-existing diagnostics within the unchanged baseline; no new diagnostics.
  • Throttle and credential-health suites: 19 passed, zero failures/skips; throttle assertions now enforce the full interval with controlled time.
  • Codex pipeline fingerprint fixture: reproduced failing, then passed after the fixture repair.
  • Chromium Codex provider-page regression: passed against the isolated development server.
  • Full documentation checks and native commit hooks passed. The snapshot check reports its existing skip because the upstream UI-kit clone is unavailable.

This shared repair is integrated into #16452, #16455 and #16457 using normal merges. #17184 has already merged and is not being changed. Full hosted validation of the updated contribution heads is pending; local focused results are not a claim of full CI acceptance.

⚠️ base-red inherited: #18791. The unrelated release packaging-runner contention remains separately tracked.

The vendored CI UI Kit 0.0.84 builds the StackedBarChart keyboard tooltip payload for recharts 2. Under our recharts 3, DefaultTooltipContent's Payload requires graphicalItemId, so the entries fail TS2322. The production type ratchet added in cheaper-inference#18603 was baselined before the 0.0.84 sync (cheaper-inference#18812), so check:build-typecheck is red on the release tip and every PR's Lint and Fast Quality Gates fail with it.

The synthetic entries now carry the series key as graphicalItemId. The local patch is recorded in packages/ui-kit/PATCHES.md for the 0.0.84 snapshot.
…er case

cheaper-inference#18706 keeps default Antigravity generation on the daily endpoint only, so the executor has a single base URL. The cheaper-inference#13125 silent-body failover test still relied on the old two-URL default: with one URL the pre-response timeout has nowhere to fail over to and the test fails on the release tip (Unit Tests 8/8 on every PR). It now configures both runtime base URLs explicitly, the same way the cheaper-inference#18706 tests exercise the multi-URL path, and keeps every assertion.
