⚠️ base-red inherited: #17219 (Release-Green sweep reds on the base tip; nothing in this PR touches code)

Summary

i18n wave on release/v3.8.53 (parallel run of 2026-10-21 with the Kimi K3 provider as primary and DeepSeek / auto/* as fallbacks). Re-translated section by section, 66 locales each:

• AGENTS.md
• (bs
• only)

1 mirrors + .i18n-state.json; nothing else is touched. Sibling PRs from the same run cover the other drifted documents; GUARDRAILS waits for #17351 and CLAUDE.md goes in its own PR (protected surface).

Agent-instruction surface (AGENTS.md mirror): re-sync explicitly approved by the operator in the release-captain session on 2026-11-03 ("1 ok" to item D17). Scope is deliberately the ONE existing mirror (docs/i18n/bs/AGENTS.md): the translator also generated AGENTS.md mirrors for the other 65 locales and those were discarded before commit, since adding 65 new agent-instruction mirrors was not approved. validate_vs_base: 0 structural regressions, 0 leaks; audit_refs: 0 lost references; state re-recorded (source_hash + target_hash). Follow-up decision for the operator: this stray single-locale mirror drifts on every AGENTS.md edit; removing it would make the i18n drift permanently clean.
