… ENVIRONMENT mirrors The source table gained the row in this PR, which left docs/reference/ENVIRONMENT.md drifted against all 66 mirrors on a base that cheaper-inference#18168 had re-synced, so Docs Sync (Strict) would flag it as drift this PR introduced. The row is inserted after OMNIROUTE_MCP_SCOPES in every mirror, the same place as the source. The env name, default and file cells are code; the one-sentence description stays in English; it can be retranslated with `npm run i18n:run -- --files=docs/reference/ENVIRONMENT.md --force`. .i18n-state.json is re-adopted for this one source only (run-translation.mjs --adopt), with section_hashes restored. Part of cheaper-inference#17317.

…18n-hardcoded-strings Owner-approved order: cheaper-inference#17960 lands first, this PR after it. Stack the updated cheaper-inference#17960 head so this branch carries the union of both PRs' catalog keys. 66 catalogs resolved key by key with a 3-way JSON merge; the only key both sides touched, contextCombos.compressionOverride (52 locales), keeps the translation already on the release tip (cheaper-inference#18168). release/v3.8.53that every PR inherited since the UI-kit migration.en.jsonwithout translating — the cause of the redi18n:check-keys,i18n:check-ratioand UI coverage on every PR. Inserted withi18n:sync-ui, translated withscripts/i18n/translate-new-keys.sh(no__MISSING__marker left).docs/reference/FEATURE_FLAGS.md,docs/reference/ENVIRONMENT.md,docs/architecture/REPOSITORY_MAP.md,docs/architecture/DESIGN_SYSTEM.md,docs/architecture/CODEBASE_DOCUMENTATION.md,docs/architecture/ARCHITECTURE.md(396 + 66 mirror files,run-translation.mjs).src/lib/vscode/tagModels.tswithout updatingtests/unit/hard-session-lease-bypass-inventory.test.ts, so the tip fails it (1/3). The two route entries are replaced by the new module (same read-only listing).Merge notes
The release tip moved while the translations ran; it was merged back in (merge, not rebase). The 66 locale JSON conflicts were resolved with a structured 3-way JSON merge: no release key lost or changed, no leaf edited on both sides, 7104 keys added.
