release/v3.8.53(parallel run of 2026-10-21 with the Kimi K3 provider as primary and DeepSeek /auto/*as fallbacks). Re-translated section by section, 66 locales each:README.mddocs/reference/ENVIRONMENT.md91 mirrors +
.i18n-state.json; nothing else is touched. Sibling PRs from the same run cover the other drifted documents; GUARDRAILS waits for #17351 and CLAUDE.md goes in its own PR (protected surface).Validation
