  • Redo some Rust formatting and clang-format
  • Deprecate unused functions
  • Respell flag for retaining ops HB graph
  • Fix linter and formatting errors
  • stdin -> std_in to avoid a clash
  • Python inode stores mode
  • Reduce the number of tests. We no longer test the debug build nor the eagerly copy files mode.
  • Remove xdot, as it was messing up Python in the devshell
